Booking & Cancellation Policy

All bookings are charged at the time of scheduling unless otherwise agreed with the individual instructor.

Discount codes are valid for one-time use only and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. Package discounts are automatically applied at checkout. If you experience any issues with your package, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed. Rescheduled bookings will be carried over to a new date.

If you need to cancel a session booked using a pre-paid package and are unable to reschedule, please contact us and we will aim to roll the missed session onto your next class where possible. However, cancellations made within 48 hours for sessions booked as part of a package will be considered redeemed and cannot be re-added.

Classes booked using a Mind & Body Pass are non-refundable.

Packages and passes are non-refundable once any sessions within that payment period have been attended.

Package Booking Policy

Mind & Body Package

The Mind & Body Package is priced at £30 per month and provides access to the following classes:

• Mat Pilates

• Dance Fit

• Legs, Bums & Tums

• Yoga

This package does not include access to external classes or specialist sessions.

The package is billed monthly and remains active for the duration of the subscription period.

Reformer Pilates Packages

We offer the following Reformer Pilates class packages:

• 5 Sessions – £90

• 10 Sessions – £170

All Reformer Pilates packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited.

General Package Terms

• Package prices cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless otherwise stated.

• All packages are non-transferable and intended for use by the named client only.

• Packages must be used within the stated validity period and cannot be extended unless agreed in exceptional circumstances.
